Returns & Exchanges Policy

• Refunds will be issued for all merchandise in original unused condition within 15 days of the delivery date.
• They will be credited back to the original form of payment.
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
• The refund amount will include the cost of the item.
• Customers are responsible for freight and transport charges for returned or exchanged items.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are tailor-made for each individual and cannot be resold. Therefore, custom orders are non-refundable. However, if there are any issues with your custom order, we will do our best to resolve them to your satisfaction.

Incorrect Orders Or Damaged Products

If a product is shipped incorrectly or arrives damaged, we will replace the item or accept a return and provide a full refund.
