If you wish to return an item to TheCrownJacket.com, please follow these instructions within 30 days of delivery:

• Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in good condition. If the item(s) arrive damaged, please contact customer support.

• Ship the package pre-paid using a traceable method such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post.

• Please submit the product return using the form below.
• The return will be processed after reviewing the information you have submitted.

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items to us. Shipping and handling charges, along with any other fees, are non-refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
• When filing the Return Form, it is crucial to provide the correct Return Tracking number to ensure your return is processed successfully.
• Regular products can be returned for refund.
• Once our Fulfilment Centre receives and inspects your return (typically within 72 hours), you will receive an email confirmation that your return has been completed.
